“Danny and Gary came to my house for a full makeover. They cleaned the roof, my house, the pool patio and Trex deck and my walkways. I've had companies power wash before and this was by far the best work done at my house. The price was also much better than the two other companies I've had come.”

Power Washing in Ridgewood & Bergen County
Driveways, patios, pavers, decks, pool areas and fences. Cleaned with commercial-grade equipment and the right pressure for each surface.
Bring Your Outdoor Spaces Back to Life
Rain, shade, pollen and humidity are hard on outdoor surfaces. Over a few seasons, green algae, black mildew, oil and dirt build up on the places you walk, park and relax. Power washing lifts it all away and shows you the surface you thought you had to replace.

Why Power Washing Is Worth It
Instant curb appeal.
One of the fastest, most visible upgrades you can make. Great before a sale, a party or the season.
Safer surfaces.
Algae, moss and mildew make walkways, steps and pool decks slick. Removing them improves traction.
Longer-lasting surfaces.
Mold, mildew and dirt hold moisture against concrete, pavers and wood and wear them down. Cleaning slows it.
Protects your investment.
Regular cleaning is much cheaper than replacing a deck, resurfacing a patio or repairing stained concrete.
A healthier outdoor space.
Less mold and mildew around the places your family sits, plays and walks.
Saves you the work.
No renting equipment, no hours on your knees with a brush.
Right method, right surface.
Hard surfaces get power washing. Delicate ones (roofs, siding) get soft washing.
What Happens When Outdoor Surfaces Go Uncleaned
- Slip-and-fall hazards. Algae, moss and mildew turn walkways, steps, patios and pool decks slippery, especially when wet or shaded.
- Staining that gets harder to remove. Oil, rust, tannins from leaves and organic growth soak into porous concrete and pavers the longer they sit.
- Surface wear. Moisture trapped under growth speeds up wear on concrete, pavers and wood.
- Decks that age faster. Mold and mildew on wood and composite can keep coming back and darken the boards. Some composite makers tie stain-warranty coverage to prompt, regular cleaning, so check yours.
- Weeds and moss in paver joints. They loosen joint sand and open the door to shifting pavers.
- A tired-looking home. A mossy walkway and a grimy driveway make even a well-kept house look neglected, and buyers notice.
The Right Pressure and the Right Soap for Every Surface
Power washing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Too much pressure can scar wood, etch concrete, blow out paver joint sand and damage composite decking. We use commercial-grade equipment and match the pressure, tip and technique to what we’re cleaning, so you get a deep clean without the damage.
We also carry multiple soap solutions, each matched to a different surface and type of siding. That’s what separates us from the average power washing company. It took real research and years of experience to learn which solution belongs on each surface. Either way, we do it correctly, without cutting corners.
- The right soap solution for each surface and type of siding
- Surface cleaners for flat concrete, for even results with no stripe marks
- Controlled pressure and the correct technique for Trex, composite and wood decks
- Gentler methods around windows, doors and delicate materials
- Plants and landscaping protected while we work

Power Washing Questions, Answered
What’s the difference between power washing and soft washing?
Power washing uses higher pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete, pavers and driveways. Soft washing uses low pressure plus a cleaning solution and suits roofs and siding. We use the right one for each job.
Will power washing damage my deck?
Not when it’s done properly. Wood and composite decks need controlled pressure, the right tip and the right distance. Aggressive power washing is the thing that damages them, so we adjust to each deck. Check your decking maker’s care guide, because many specify limits.
Can you clean Trex or other composite decks?
Yes. Composite decking can be cleaned with controlled pressure and the correct technique.
Can you clean around a pool?
Yes. We clean pool patios and decks, lifting the algae and slippery buildup. Our process makes sure no rocks, mud or dirt get into the pool while we clean.
Do you use the same soap on everything?
No. We have multiple soap solutions for different surfaces and sidings. Knowing which one belongs on each took real research and experience, and it’s a big part of what sets us apart. We do it correctly, without cutting corners.
Will it remove oil stains?
It depends on how old the stain is and the surface. Fresh and moderate stains often come out well. Old, deep stains may lighten but not vanish. We’ll tell you honestly before we start.
How often should I power wash?
Most homes do best with a yearly cleaning. Shady, damp or tree-covered areas can need it more often.
Do you do paver sand or sealing?
Ask us about your pavers when you request an estimate.
Do I need to be home or supply water?
We’ll go over access and water at the estimate. Usually we just need to reach an outdoor spigot.
Is it more expensive than other companies?
No, it’s not. Danny has a core belief that these days, so many of us (him included) get taken advantage of by contractors on pricing for jobs homeowners don’t know much about. He makes sure every customer gets the very best price and is never taken advantage of, and that’s a big reason behind his success. As he often says, business is easy as long as you’re good at your job and honest with your customers. Honesty is everything. No beating around the bush, no rug pulls and no bait-and-switch estimates. Ever.
